He would also like to send his best wishes to whoever takes over and reassure them that he fully intends to remain on the Panel and assist in whatever way is appropriate.<\/p>\nOn the future of the Railway more generally in Scotland, Paul said:<\/p>\n
“I do believe that major improvements are now on the horizon – there is indeed ‘light at the end of the tunnel’.
