#LoveMyBus: Free Bus Travel for Six Champions!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transform Scotland [1] and Stagecoach West Scotland [2] have today (Thursday 30th) launched their new campaign #LoveMyBus. [3] As part of the campaign, the groups are recruiting for 6 Champions to receive free bus travel for a year from Ayr\/Kilmarnock to Glasgow, as well as other rewards.<\/p>\n

The #LoveMyBus team will be out today at Ayr bus station. They will be chatting to commuters, introducing the campaign and encouraging people to get \u2018on board\u2019 with the #LoveMyBus campaign. Today they start the search for six regular commuters, aged 25-45, to become one of six campaign Champions and receive free bus travel for the year as well as other goodies!<\/p>\n

Jacqueline Rowan, Marketing Manager for Stagecoach West Scotland, said:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re launching this campaign to showcase all the health benefits that result from taking the bus – for you, your family and wider community. Research shows that choosing the bus instead of a car for your regular commute, can improve health and well being.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Transform Scotland spokesperson Jess Pepper said:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re looking for six Champions to join us on this campaign, to share their stories and experiences on the X77 or X76 over the next year, and help encourage others to ditch their cars for the express bus.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The #LoveMyBus team will also be out at Kilmarnock bus station on Monday 3 June. As well as Glasgow Clean Air Day and Kilmarnock Football Club family day later this summer.<\/p>\n
